You know what’s annoying in your home - how do you go about finding a solution that makes financial sense? For $300, I want to visit, measure, model and show you 3D designs and do a virtual reality walk of a few options in an initial 3 hour design session, then I have what I need to come up with a bid price given a defined scope, and you can choose to move forward to refine the price and scope and hopefully hire our team to complete the project from start to finish.
The design process doesn’t need to be complicated and expensive, and construction doesn’t have to be stressful and cumbersome. We’re committed to making the process simple, fun, and a great value, and this is how we do it:

Noy Design Build is owned and run by Brian Noy. After proudly owning and running a medium size company for most of a decade, I realized that I miss working with tools (the reason I started the former company) and I feel that a smaller, more boutique operation provides the best service to our customers. When you work with me and our team, you’ll have one point of contact from the initial design session, the bidding, tweaking of the project as construction starts, the mechanical phase as the plumbers, electricians, and HVAC techs perform their piece of the project, and the finish work and final touches. Process

Some Design + Build companies and architects will spend thousands of dollars of design work figuring out all the details before bringing in sub-contractors and giving you a final price, which may not even be close to within your budget. We feel that most of the major design decisions affecting the cost for remodels can be worked out in the first 2 hour meeting at your home and a couple emails. After that meeting, we’ll have the measurements and information needed to a precise price and clear scope, with extreme detail and transparency, so you can decide if you want to move forward with us. Then we take the time to make all the necessary decisions.
